Swati is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian, Accredited Sports Dietitian, Nutritionist, Certified Diabetes Educator, an Accredited Anthropometrist and a registered Yoga Teacher. She built her professional qualifications while skillfully managing her business of providing tailored nutrition coaching and sustainable life changing services to her clients.

Right from a young age, Swati has always been fascinated with food and nutrition. From being intrigued by glossy healthy-eating books, as a kindergartner to delivering sermons on biochemistry and nutrition, to her classmates as a grade-schooler, Swati believes that she always had it in her to be a dietitian. She even quit medical school, to pursue her love for Dietetics and Nutrition!

Her passion turned into a full-time profession when she secured the highest marks in Biochemistry at grad school. Encouraged by her mother, she went on to pursue several reputed International degrees and courses to help her understand the most wonderful mechanism of all, “The Human Body and the Fuel that drives it.”

Swati has mentored and trained several young dietitians and helped them achieve professional success. She has worked with several A-list cricketers, aspiring models, actors, and management gurus and helped them reach the pinnacle of physical fitness.

Swati is one among the handful of dietitians in the country who is trained and certified to provide body composition analysis. She considers the time she spent collaborating and working with experienced and well-known endocrinologists as the “turning moment” in her career. It was during this period, she gained loads of experience in diabetes management. Swati believes that she has learned a lot by interacting and observing her patients and she claims that they are wonderful teachers.

Swati’s mantra in her owns words, “Learning has no boundaries, and I have always had internationally recognized doctors and dietitians as mentors, and have also mentored several other upcoming dietitians throughout my career.”

She is fascinated by the role of nutrition in competitive sports’ performance and hopes to earn her doctorate in Sports Dietetics. She takes a keen interest in Diabetes Management and is on a mission to screen over one lakh Indians and to make them aware of the role of blood sugar, blood pressure, and obesity. She fondly calls this mission as her, “One Lakh Campaign.”

Her favorite quote on nutrition, “Do not eat anything that your grandmother doesn’t recognize as food.” She questions food politics by asking, “If something doesn’t stay fresh on your kitchen shelves, then how can it remain fresh on supermarket shelves?”
Amidst her packed schedule, she manages to squeeze in time to play with dogs and experiment with new ingredients and recipes in her kitchen. When she goes back home to Australia, you can catch her walking on any one of the numerous beaches in the country. She is also a professional swimmer and loves tackling the waves. On the weekends, you can spot Swati volunteering in several community activities like animal rescue, planting trees and others. She is a firm anti-plastics person, and food and environment are her top two priorities.

She is a member of several professional organizations including International Society for the Advancement of Kinanthropometry, Dietitian Association of Australia, Sports Dietitian of Australia, Singapore Nutrition and Dietitian Association, International Confederation of Dietetic Associations, Australian Diabetes Educator Association, American Diabetes Association, Yoga Australia and Laughing Yoga by Dr. Madan Kataria.

Swati helped me set realistic goals , she consistently focusses on eating right food. I have never starved myself. My diet plan was designed around my regular diet so I never had to struggle with meal planning. The recipes Swati shared are delicious and easily doable. I have dropped 7kgs without feeling the pressure of losing weight/losing mind. thanks for helping me regain my health”.

Ruchira Pratap

“I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Swati Bathwal this summer for weight loss counseling. Since past 7-8 years I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With her program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. She did not restrict my eating habits but introduced healthier things into my diet. Also, she showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. To date, I have lost almost 10 kg. I truly believe I would not have learned everything I did and feel so good about reaching my goal with her constant guidance and support. I am glad I found you, and I can’t thank you enough for the changes you’ve brought in my life.”
