“I had the pleasure of meeting Ms Swati Bathwal this summer for weight loss counseling. Since past 7-8 years I have tried many different ways to lose weight and have always failed. With her program I learned how to understand the food I eat and how my body works with this food. She did not restrict my eating habits but introduced healthier things into my diet. Also, she showed me how to increase my exercise so that my body would work more efficiently towards my goal. To date, I have lost almost 10 kg. I truly believe I would not have learned everything I did and feel so good about reaching my goal with her constant guidance and support. I am glad I found you, and I can’t thank you enough for the changes you’ve brought in my life.”
