Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1/2 mango
- 200ml double toned milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons crushed almonds/almond meal
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Ice cubes
Preparation Method:
- Peel and chop mango and crush almonds. Place them in a blender with milk, low-fat yoghurt, honey and a few ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth. Serve.
