Ingredients:
Chia seeds 2 tablespoon
Double Toned milk – 1⁄2 glass
Skim milk powder – 1 tablespoon ( this makes pudding thick and adds extra protein)
Vanilla powder or extract – 1 pinch ( can use cinnamon, coffee or any mango as per your choice)
Honey – 1 tablespoon
Preparation Method:
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour in a glass jar.
Put it in the refrigerator for 6-7 hours until set and serve with fruits of your choice.
