1 cup crushed Ice
Mint leaves- few sprigs
- Slice cucumber and oranges thinly. ( If you are using water for more than 5-6 hours remove the rinds of oranges).
- In a glass jar, add all the ingredients.
- Serve chilled throughout the day.
Cucumber acts as body coolant by bringing core temperature down. Oranges are rich sources of vitamin c and adds flavor to the refreshing drink along with mint leaves.
