Ingredients:
Water – 500 ml
Bay leaf- 1
Clove – 1
Ginger- 1 inch
Lemon grass – 1 finely chopped
Coriander leaves – 1⁄4 cup
Carrot, cabbage, capsicum – finely chopped Salt and lemon – as per taste
- Boil bay leaf, clove, ginger, lemongrass, coriander leaves. Strain and keep water aside.
- Grind residue in mixer and strain and add it to the water.
- Saute the vegetable in oil and add the stock and add salt and black pepper.
- Add lemon and coriander leaves at the time of serving.
