Mangoes are in season and we all love it. You can use these recipe as a salad, side dish or for snacking.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
Ripe Mango 1
Coloured Bell peppers/capsicums- 1 cup chopped
Onion – ½ cup chopped
Coriander- 2-3 sprigs chopped
Lemon Juice- 1 tablespoon
Long red chilly- 2 deseeded, finely chopped
Salt, sprinkle to taste
Preparation Method:
1. Dice mangoes.
2. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. And mix well.
3. Serve chilled.
