
Sometimes in Summers we cannot differentiate between thirst and hunger. Our body could be craving for “FLUIDS” but we go towards eating a meal. A well designed hydration plan works well for all individuals. I often find that clients do not like the taste of plain water. Adding flavors to a chilled drink works wonders and what if they are low in calories too. It works wonder.
Serves 4
Ingredients:
Flavoured Tea bags- Blackcurrant/ Strawberry or mango
Mint leaves- 3-4 sprigs
Honey- 1 tablespoon
Crushed Ice- 1 cup
Preparation Method:
1. Brew tea bag in hot water for 2 minutes.
2. In a separate glass jar add mint leaves, crushed ice and honey. Mix well.
3. Add Brewed tea bags into the glass jar.
4. Serve chilled.
